14U Wrestling

Our 14U classes start from ages 5/6 and go all the way up to 14. Great class for both beginners and advanced wrestlers!

Two Clubs, One Family

Caveman Wrestling was founded in 2007 by Head Coach Mike Joyce in his garage. What started as a small group of dedicated young wrestlers has grown into one of Florida's most successful youth wrestling programs, producing over 200 state champions and multiple NCAA qualifiers.

Florida Phoenix Wrestling is the first all-girls wrestling club in the United States, founded in Fall 2022 by former Caveman member Lilly Luttrell. Phoenix provides female wrestlers the same elite-level coaching and competitive opportunities that Caveman has delivered for years.
